Overview We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because ARWCoDesigns operates as an online dropshipping business, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Window We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery confirmation. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Final sale and custom/personalized items are non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at arwcodesigns@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return Email us at arwcodesigns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be processed. Once approved, you will receive return instructions within 2–3 business days.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
